WHAT WE DO AT HSS.

ABOUT US

We give Hope, through care and understanding to all learners regardless of ability level, age, diagnosis- especially with learners with cerebral palsy, autism, low mental development, etc.

We provide individualized education plans (IEPs). We meet learners at their level and make them relevant in today’s world, despite their physical or health challenges . To us, the life of everyone matters and we make it counts.

We combine adapted academics, life skills and vocational training to prepare learners for independence and meaningful participation in family and community life.

At Hope Special School (HSS ), we accept all learners regardless of diagnosis, ability level, religion, ethnicity or background.

We do not discriminate — our doors are open to everyone and our programs are designed to meet each learner’s unique needs.

We deliver integrated therapy and education, through our team of special education teachers, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, nurses and vocational trainers.

We offer transition and livelihood programmes for adolescents and young adults. We support families with caregiver training, counselling and referral services so as to show them how to relate with their special ones.

TESTIMONIALS

Before enrolling our son at Hope Special School, we felt lost and overwhelmed. He struggled to communicate, and we didn’t know where to turn. Today, he is more confident, expressive, and happy. The care and patience of the teachers have truly changed our lives. We are forever grateful.
